Download the 3D SSPP Version 7.0.4
The current version of 3D SSPP can be downloaded by clicking on the link below. It has been successfully tested on Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 systems. We will post updates of this release as available. See the features page for release changes and known issues.
Trial Version: This version will function for evaluation for 14 days after installation. For continued use, you must enter a registration number which can be purchased from the University of Michigan. See the Purchase Information link.

The four latter files are Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) files and Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed to read them.
Due to the complexity of the interactions between the 3DSSPP program and the Windows environment as well as the computations that are performed by the posture prediction, inverse kinematics, human modeling graphics, and 3D back optimization routines, the minimum hardware configuration recommended to run the program consists of the following:
- A Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10 computer Pentium or greater processor running at least 1.6 GHz.
- 1 GB RAM
- 10 MB of available hard disk space
- VGA monitor and graphics card, 256 colors minimum
- Windows compatible mouse
- A printer supported by Windows
Download the 3D SSPP Version 6.0.10 (must already own Version 6 license)
Version 6.0.9 fixes the shoulder humeral rotation strength when the elbow is behind the plane of the torso.
**Version 7 upgrade is highly recommended as Version 6 will no longer be supported**
